gate for easy clean out.
All 14-foot hopper combinations come with a standard full
height wall ladder, a safety cage, manhole, rack and pinion

Twister's hopper and hopper bottom grain bins are manufactured
entirely from galvanized steel resulting in a finish that
will outlast painted products by 5 to 1 or better!

Stiffened Hopper Bottom Grain Bins
Pound for pound, stiffened bins are stronger than unstiffened
models so all our bins are stiffened. All Twister bins now
have our new corrugated stiffener which absolutely prevents
any grain hang up and the stiffeners may be placed on the
inside of the bin or on the outside whichever you desire.
There is no longer any need to compromise; you can now have
the strength of a stiffened bin with the easy clean out
of an unstiffened design!
Hopper Bottom Grain Bin Cones Knock-Down Kit
Twister's new 14-foot grain bin cone is shipped as a completely
knocked down kit to totally eliminate the need for pilot cars.
All structural steel is powder painted and baked to over 400ºF
for exceptionally long life and the cone is made from galvanized
steel. One look will be enough to convince you that there
is nothing equivalent on the market today.
Every Twister hopper comes pre-cut for the installation
of our Twistaire aeration system. You can install the system
when the bin is first erected or at any time after. It is
a simple matter of bolting the components in place; there
is no cutting or welding involved
The benefits of galvanized steel construction, long life,
corrosion resistance, and attractive appearance, have been
obvious in the grain storage industry for years but until
now it has not been possible to have these qualities in
a hopper bottom bin. With the introduction of Twister's
new line of hoppers and hopper bottom grain bins all that
has changed!
Twister's Larger Hopper Bottom Grain Bins
Twister's 19-foot and 22-foot hoppers are shipped knocked
down for easy shipping and erection on the farm site. All components
are die punched for a perfect fit from pre-galvanized sheet
steel, and the structural components are powder painted after
forming and welding. The result is a hopper bottom bin that
will retain its attractive appearance for years.
Hopper Bottom Grain Bins Standard Equipment and Options
 Standard
equipment includes a bin to ground ladder, forty degree slope,
manhole and rack and pinion gate. For smaller bins (up to five
rings) a steel skid is available for a quick foundation and
future mobility.
Twistaire Aeration systems are available as optional equipment
for unsurpassed performance in natural air drying and aeration
situations. The full circle perforated pipe placement in the
hopper gives complete air circulation to the entire bin.
