Twister bins have more standard features than others have
options!
Twister manufactures high quality metal grain bins storage solutions
and offers these grain bins for sale through an international
Dealer network. Twister supplies some of the most successful
grain handling contractors in Canada and abroad.
Standard Features like the wall and over the eave roof ladders,
SAF-T-Fil bin level indicator, remote opening roof cap, full
weather stripping, and a waterproof foundation seal make TWISTER
the best value in farm grain storage today. Twister offers a
number of bin models in 14', 19', 22', 25', 32', 38', and 44'
diameters. Eave height can vary from 12' to 36'. In addition
to flat bottom bins, Twister also offers a grain bin cone on
a number of bin models.
Twice the resistance to corrosion!
Twister's hopper and hopper bottom bins are manufactured entirely
from Galfan steel resulting in a finish that will outlast painted
products by 5 to 1 or better! While the appearance of Galfan
steel is quite similar to that of conventional galvanized steel,
Galfan offers a clear improvement over regular galvanizing in
a number of areas but particularly that of corrosion resistance.
Twister's line of commercial storage products is specifically
designed to handle your individual storage requirements. While
each installation will be uniquely designed for your application
some features will never change. All commercial bins have hill
and valley bolting for exceptional hoop strength and wall sheets
are manufactured from 50,000 psi minimum yield strength steel.
All bins are fully stiffened with heavy W-shaped stiffeners
that can be installed on the inside or outside of the wall.
The entire bin is manufactured with Galfan coated steel and
while similar in appearance to regular G90 galvanized steel
the corrosion resistance of Galfan is up to twice that of galvanized.
Twistaire Aeration - The most popular hopper accessory ever!
Every Twister hopper comes pre-cut for the installation of our
Twistaire aeration system. You can install the system when the
bin is first erected or at any time after. It is a simple matter
of bolting the components in place; there is no cutting or welding
involved.
Free Flo Aeration for flat bottom bins
The Twister Free Flo Aeration system provides this insurance
against crop spoilage at an affordable price. The Twister Free
Flo Aeration floor is square and it provides airflow that is
equal throughout the bin. This allows for the most efficient
airflow through the grain. Free Flo bolts together and is poured
right into your foundation.
Clean Sweep Unloading
This is a deluxe unload system powered from the outside of the
bin. The system works by operating a drag auger under the bin
until the grain has been drawn down sufficently to uncover the
sweep. Then the sweep clutch is engaged and the sweep circles
the bin to clean out the remaining grain.
There's no shovelling and no sweep to carry from bin to bin!! |
