All of our metal grain storage bins are fully stiffened with
our exclusive new corrugated stiffener so you can store any
grain or pulse crop in them. You can even use them for natural
air-drying and aeration without additional stiffening.
The corrugated stiffener increases wall strength dramatically
over an unstiffened design of the same weight and the corrugations
fit right into the wall to totally prevent grain hang-up.
When the bin is erected the stiffeners may be placed on the
inside or the outside of the bin, whichever you prefer.

Twister hopper bins are designed with your needs in mind and
have more user features than others have options. All our hopper
bins include all of the ladders and safety cages you will need
plus a manhole for easy access. Saf-T-Fil bin level indicators
are standard and so is weather stripping on all hatches. The
40-degree slope and rack and pinion slide gate ensure easy unloading
every time.
The cone is pre-cut so the Twistaire aeration system can
be installed easily without any welding or cutting. If you
decide to add aeration to your hopper it is a simple matter
of just bolting it in - now, or in the future.

painted and Galvanized - a finish that will last for decades.
Twister's new 14 - foot cone is shipped as a completely knocked
down kit to totally eliminate the need for pilot cars. All
structural steel is powder painted and baked at over 400°
F for exceptionally long life and the cone is made from galvanized
steel. One look will be enough to convince you that there
is nothing equivalent on the market today.
And we don't just give you the best looking hopper in the
industry; we make it the easiest to use as well. The hopper
slope is a full 40 degrees with a rack and pinion gate for
easy clean out.
Every Twister hopper comes pre-cut fro the installation of
out Twistaire aeration system. You can install the system
when the bin is first erected or at any time after. It is
a simple matter of bolting the components in place. There
is no cutting or welding involved.
Pound for pound, stiffened bins are stronger than unstiffened
models so all our bins are stiffened. All Twister bins now
have our new corrugated stiffener which absolutely prevents
and product hang-up and the stiffeners may be placed on the
inside of the bin or on the outside, whichever you desire.
There is no longer any need to compromise; you can now have
the strength of a stiffened bin with the easy cleanout of
an unstiffened design.
All 14-foot hopper combinations come with a standard full
height wall ladder, a safety cage, manhole, rack and pinion
slide and a Saf-T-Fil bin indicator.
